My Passions
The practices, the arts, the rituals, and the creative things I keep coming back to. This is the full picture of who I am — the part that doesn't fit on a resume and honestly doesn't need to.
Movement & Strength
I've been training aerial arts for years and it's one of the most honest things I do. There's no faking it in the air — your body either holds or it doesn't, and building toward that requires patience, consistency, and a lot of trust in the process.
Pole, lyra hoop, and aerial hammock each demand something different from you. Together they've taught me more about discipline and body awareness than anything else I've done. I train because I love it — not to perform for anyone.
Practice & Teaching
I'm a certified yoga teacher and have been practicing for years. Teaching yoga is one of the most grounding things I do — it forces me to be present in a way nothing else quite does.
My classes lean toward breath-led, intentional movement. I'm less interested in Instagram yoga and more interested in people actually feeling better when they leave the mat than when they stepped on it.
Spirituality & Practice
My spiritual practice pulls from multiple traditions and I've never felt the need to pick just one. It's deeply personal, always evolving, and one of the most important parts of how I move through the world.
I've been reading tarot for years. Part intuition, part reflection tool — a way to sit with questions and find clarity without forcing answers. It's one of the most honest conversations I have with myself.
Intentional spellwork as a form of focused manifestation and ritual. I approach it seriously and with deep respect for the traditions it draws from. It's not performance — it's practice.
I work with crystals both personally and practically — including designing and making crystal bracelets with specific intentions. Each piece is chosen deliberately, never randomly.
Daily rituals are how I stay grounded and anchored. Lighting a candle, pulling a card, setting an intention before the day starts — small acts that keep me connected to what actually matters and who I actually am.
My practice blends multiple traditions — folk magic, high magic, and personal intuition. I've never believed spirituality has to fit inside one box, and I've built something that genuinely feels like mine. It's been one of the most meaningful things I've done.
Creative Outlets
I've been writing fiction for as long as I can remember. Currently working on a romance novel series — dark, honest, and nothing like what I do for work. It's the most creatively free I've ever felt.
I design and make crystal bracelets — mostly for myself, sometimes for others. Each one is intentional, chosen for specific energetic purposes or simply because it's beautiful and feels right.
I'm exploring metal jewelry making — still early but completely fascinated by the craft. There's something deeply satisfying about creating something wearable from raw material with your own hands.
I read constantly — fiction, spirituality, self-development, business. Staying curious is how I stay useful. The two worlds inform each other more than most people expect.
